The pre-qualifying process and loan application you make online must be under the terms of the companies taking that information. Their terms are not our terms. And although we make every effort to ensure we affiliate our business with reputable partners, there is no recourse with efreeMLS.com for the express misuse of information given to institutions other than efreeMLS.com. It is to your benefit to check out the institution you are using for pre-qualification and loan and know their policies regarding privacy.

In using our system to better assist you, efreeMLS.com may ask demographic questions which would tailor the program for your personal likes and dislikes. Although we do not require you to answer these, it helps us to know our customers better.

The information you give to efreeMLS.com, such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address are confidential and will not be shared without your consent except to our team lender affiliate and real estate affiliate. Any real estate inquiries outside of our local area will be forwarded to our affiliate in your area.

If you sign up for new e-mail listings to be sent to you, or any other notification by e-mail you will receive them with the frequency you assigned. If you should wish to change or cancel these notifications, please contact us @ info@efreemls.com with your wishes. We will comply with your wishes as soon as possible.
