Buyers VIP Service Program; Earn up to a .5% rebate!

Our VIP service program is designed for those who prefer that our agents find properties for them. You will be assigned an agent to find that dream property for you. Our agent will interview you to determine exactly what you are looking for.

When the agent finds properties meeting your criteria, they will email or call you with the information. If you are interested in any of the properties, the agent will arrange to for you to tour the property. You receive traditional brokerage services and still receive a rebate.

Buyers Full Service Program; Earn up to 1% rebate!

Our full service program is designed for everyone. You will be assigned an agent to answer your questions, make appointments to view houses and meet with you at the house and throughout the buying process. You must accept the terms of use and select the full service program to ensure you receive the proper rebate at time of closing.

Tell us the houses you are interested in viewing. One of our experienced agents will set-up an appointment for you and meet you at the house and be with you during the viewing.
Your agent will assist you in making and appropriate offer through the use of comparables and write the offer to give to the seller’s agent.
Your agent will manage the buying/escrow process. He/She will also be available to answer questions and give insights as necessary.
At the time of closing you will receive a rebate or credit equal to 1% of the purchase price.
